Micro Load Device (MLD)

Motor over heat protection (MOP)

Double Over speed protection system (OPS)

Independent service (IS)
The lift car can be removed from the group and made to work without answering the hall calls thru a switch in the service cabinet, this function will help in using the lift for a specific purpose when 2 or more lifts are available in a group.
Car Arrival Chime (CAC)
The lift car will be sound a chime indicating its arrival to a floor.
Compliance requirements for the differently abled (HR)
Sea Max Elevator.Co is equipped with the design and knowhow to plan your lift to suit requirements of differently abled persons and wheel chair users. Please consult with our sales team for more information on this which you plan your shaft construction so that we can ensure all requirements are built in.
Manual Rescue operation (MRO)
The lift system is built with a manual rescue device in the machine room for a lift with machine room and in the control panel at the top floor for a machine room less lift to release the break enabling manual movement of the lift cabin to the nearest floor level to enable the trapped passengers to be released.
Main Floor parking Service (MFP)
A lift cabin when not in use for a specific period, will move and park at the designated main floor with doors open to elevate the service for the building.
Voice synthesiser (VS)
​The lift car will announce the arrival of the floors along with music and other announcements concerning the operation of the lift to alert the passengers.
Automatic Fan and light off function (AOF)
A lift cabin when not in use for a specific period, will switch off the fan and lights in the lift cabin to conserve power.
Wrong call cancellation – Double push (WCC)
A wrong floor call that has been registered in the lift cabin button panel can be cancelled by pressing the wrongly registered floor button two times continuously
